What location Abirami Foods ships its products?

Abirami Foods products are shipped to all Contiguous US states (except Hawaii & Alaska)

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping available for orders over $49.99. Our standard shipping rate is $9.99.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Our standard shipping rate is $9.99. We also have an option to calculate shipping cost real time based on the zip code before placing the order. Price varies based on weight and zip code.

Abirami Foods will not ship to P.O. box addresses.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Usually free shipping orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If next day shipping is selected, those orders will be shipped within 24 hrs.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We use USPS and UPS.

Do you provide shipment tracking for the orders?

Once your order is shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you, with the shipping information and carrier tracking number. If you have any concern, always you can contact us at sales@abiramifoodz.com .

How do I know current status of my order?

You can track the status of your order with the order number sent to your email. You can also track the same in accounts page.

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will be directed to a confirmation page which will have the order number. In addition, you will also receive an email confirmation with the order number, you can track status of your order with the order number. Once your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation along with tracking number will be sent to your email/phone number.

Do I have to be home to get my orders?

No. Abirami Foods is currently using USPS and UPS for shipping services which does not require a customer signature.

How do I change my shipping address?

If the order is already shipped, shipping address cannot be changed. If the order is placed and yet to shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact us through WhatsApp at 201-892-3080 or email to sales@abiramifoodz.com 

How do I change my contact number, email or address?

You can change your contact number, email or address in the accounts page.

Can I cancel my order once it placed?

Yes. You can cancel the order if the order is not shipped yet. Please contact our customer support WhatsApp number at 201-892-3080 or email to sales@abiramifoodz.com immediately within 2 hrs.

What is your return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you received or have mistakenly delivered the wrong product, please contact our customer support team WhatsApp at 201-892-3080 or email to sales@abiramifoodz.com about any order issues within seven days of the day on which the item was delivered and we will have it addressed as quick as possible.

Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email sales@abiramifoodz.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide you the instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

How do I know if you have any offers/promotions?

Abirami Foods do run promotions and offers time to time, to receive promotional offers and new product information please subscribe to our newsletter with your email at bottom of the home page.

How do I apply a promo code I have received?

During check out you will be able to enter a promo code. Please be sure to enter the promo code prior to placing the order. Only one promo code is accepted per order.
